You can now upgrade your subscription plan. To see what other plans may be available for you, login to your account on your App or via a web browser and follow these simple steps.
- View the Account screen. If your account is eligible for upgrade (or downgrade), you should see an “edit” next to your subscription plan
- Click the “edit” and review eligible options to change your plan
- Once you have selected a new plan, click Continue
Your new plan will begin on the renewal date of your current plan.

Note: If you do not see an “edit button” in the Account section of your App, this means you do not have a subscription plan that is available for upgrade or downgrade.
If you purchased on WEB, and are viewing DOGTV on a streaming device platform [i.e. Roku, Amazon Fire TV, AppleTV] or similar, you’ll need to go to a web browser and visit watch.dogtv.com/settings/account to view your account settings and check your upgrade availability.
