Please note that all subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to when the next payment is due. We don't process prorated refunds so if you cancel within the subscription period, you'll still have access until the date you paid for.
For any reasons other than the above mentioned cases, we would ask you to please read our Terms of Service.
If your subscription is managed through a third party app platform like Amazon or Roku, you’ll need to reach out to the app platform directly to request a refund. Unfortunately if your billing goes through a third party, we don’t have a way to access your payment details or issue a refund.
